I developed software for clinics and supported customers in digitalising their processes: ERP-type modules and the refactoring of version 1.0. Later I coordinated the development team (5–10 people) and the support team using PMI and Scrum: I received the clinics' requirements and distributed them between both. I helped train and build up the support team, which grew from 1 to 5 people, and took part in the start of the migration to version 2 in Laravel; that version was not launched during my time.
